Star Health Wellness is a comprehensive wellness application that helps track and improve your health status, interact with a wellness team and participate in wellness programs. These programs help in facilitating lifestyle changes that can significantly reduce the impact of chronic diseases and non-communicable diseases on overall health and well-being.

Wellness Coaches from Star Health will guide you via the app to improve your health through simple changes in your diet, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness. The Condition Management Program currently spans six areas which include diabetes mellitus, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, weight management and mental health.
